Van I know how players can still wait on people with out the timer. Once they chose their spell they wait on the Question. When the person leaves they win. I am in an arena battle and the player has done nothing.

howcome when ur battleing somtimes it freezes and it says waiting for player on both ends but the only way to exit is to reload the page but we shouldnt have to do that

Game requiring water gem but cannot access it
My son finished the water area so he can walk there but can no longer access the water gem. Since the update last weekend, the game is requiring him to acquire the gem. We don't know how to do this. Help?

Arena bug?
Hi,
Many times now (18) I've entered an arena challenge and it gets to the _____ vs. _____ screen, then waits there for a while and then drops back to the walking around screen, telling me I deserted. My internet connection is stable, and I definitely didn't close the browser. Why does it say I did?
Is there some exploit people are using to kick me out of battles and notch up a win for themselves? If so, could you look into it? It's really sad to win 5 or 6 battles, and then getting two-in-row fake desertions and watching that all go to waste.
The fake desertions seem to happen when a battle is initiated with the same people too. Today both arena battles against a Micah (whose last name I don't remember) got kicked back to the walking around screen. What's going on? Help!
